Fix OAuth redirectacme/web

The OAuth callback drops the next param after login. Fix it and add a regression test.

I'll trace where next gets lost between sign-in and the callback.

Searched app/auth for "next" · 6 results Read middleware.ts, signin.ts, route.ts

Traced the redirect end to end:

middleware.ts passes next through untouched
signIn() puts it on the callback URL correctly
the callback route is where it disappears

Found it. app/auth/callback/route.ts rebuilds the redirect from origin + path and throws the query string away.

1. Keep the search params

callback.test.ts now checks that ?next=/settings survives the round trip. All 12 tests pass.
